I would like an invoice for my order – is this possible?

This is of course possible. When ordering, you can indicate that you are a company. Enter your company details and the system will automatically send an email with the invoice. Please note: the invoice will always be sent in a separate email and it may take a while before it is processed. We therefore ask for a little patience.

The amount is (too) large – can I split the voucher to use it multiple times?

You can use the link “My voucher” to “split” the voucher. The system will then provide you with new vouchers according to the split you chose. The original voucher will then no longer be valid. Only the split vouchers can then still be redeemed.

My voucher has expired. What can I do?

You can extend your voucher online via the link "My voucher". Extension is possible up to 6 months after expiration date.
Longer than 6 months after expiration? Then it is unfortunately no longer possible to extend this voucher.

I received a voucher. What now?

You can make a reservation via the TableFever website or the restaurant in question. You then physically take the voucher to the business and hand it in.
Please note: You must print the voucher.

I can't use the QR code or the numeric code

This is normal in itself. That QR code or number code is meant for the restaurants to exchange your voucher.

I haven't received my voucher – what now?

Did you just order a gift card but don't see the card appear in your inbox? Check if you have entered the correct email address. It also happens that emails from new senders are considered spam by your email provider. So be sure to check your spam folder in your email application. Need more help? Send an email to:
